The posting

Job Responsibilities:

  • Carry out floor and wall tiling works at residential, commercial and construction sites.
  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, levelling and applying the appropriate bonding materials.
  • Measure and mark areas accurately before tile installation.
  • Cut and lay tiles according to drawings, measurements and site requirements.
  • Ensure tiles are properly aligned, levelled and evenly spaced.
  • Carry out grouting, joint finishing and necessary touch-up works.
  • Remove and replace damaged or defective tiles where required.
  • Handle tiling tools, equipment and materials properly.
  • Maintain good housekeeping and keep the work area clean and safe.
  • Follow site safety requirements and instructions from the supervisor.
  • Work independently or as part of a team to complete jobs according to schedule. Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in floor and wall tiling works.
  • Able to read basic measurements and follow site instructions.
  • Able to use tile cutting and installation tools.
  • Good workmanship and attention to detail.
  • Physically fit and able to work at construction/renovation sites.
  • Able to work overtime, weekends or night shifts when required.
  • Singapore construction/renovation experience is an advantage.
