  • The incumbent will ensure all maintenance works are executed in accordance with prescribed checklists, schedules, safety standards, and statutory requirements. They will also strategize and coordinate rectification works, ensuring timely completion within SLA/KPI requirements, while maintaining a standby vendor list for emergency response.
  • The role requires close collaboration with owners, users, contractors, and external agencies to deliver engineering solutions that meet operational requirements. The incumbent will utilize CMMS to track preventive maintenance, fault reports, corrective work orders, and perform trend analysis to support continuous improvement.
  • Additional responsibilities include reviewing technical drawings, supporting A&A and R&R projects, drafting quotations for minor and breakdown works, and ensuring seamless daily operations through in-house systems. The role also contributes to innovation, energy conservation initiatives, and process improvement projects, including Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodologies and adoption of new technologies in collaboration with relevant technology teams.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Senior Facilities Manager (SFM), Chief Engineer (CE), and/or Engineering & Sustainability Manager (ESM) will also form part of the role.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
