The posting

Looking for a hands-on laboratory role in the Food & Flavour industry? Join a lab team supporting flavour sample preparation, compounding and quality checks.

Job Scope:

  • Compound flavour samples according to approved formulas
  • Perform basic quality checks on samples
  • Prepare and submit samples for testing
  • Manage raw material and sample inventory
  • Follow SOPs and safety procedures
  • Maintain a clean and safe lab environment

Requirements

  • NITEC or Diploma in Food Science, Chemistry, Applied Chemistry or related fields
  • Relevant laboratory or Food & Flavour experience is an advantage
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to follow formulas, SOPs and instructions
  • Willing to perform hands-on laboratory work
  • No dietary restrictions or food allergies
