Job Description

  • Perform daily kitchen cleaning and food preparation.
  • Assist teachers during cookery and NFS theory lessons.
  • Clean cookers, ovens, sinks, and refrigerators weekly.
  • Remove spoiled food and clean refrigerator shelves.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Assist with stocktaking and perform other duties assigned by the teacher-in-charge.

Requirements

  • Able to communicate in English to support teachers during practical lessons.
  • Previous experience as a Nutrition and Food Science (NFS) Food Lab Assistant in a school is preferred.
