The posting

We are seeking aresponsible and hands-on Food Production & Operations Supervisor to supportour food processing operations, including production activities, food handling,inventory, transportation and daily operational coordination.

The successfulcandidate will be required to work both independently and as part of a smalloperations team.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Supervise and support daily food production and processing activities.
  • Handle food products in accordance with food hygiene and workplace safety requirements.
  • Assist with receiving, checking, storing and issuing raw materials, packaging materials and finished products.
  • Maintain accurate stock and store records.
  • Coordinate loading and unloading of raw materials, equipment and finished products.
  • Operate company Class 4 vehicles for transportation and delivery duties.
  • Conduct basic vehicle pre-trip checks and ensure safe transportation of goods.
  • Coordinate manpower and daily work schedules.
  • Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of production and storage areas.
  • Assist with basic operational troubleshooting and coordination with maintenance personnel.
  • Ensure company equipment, tools and materials are properly stored and maintained.
  • Perform other operational duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Valid Singapore Class 4 driving licence.
  • Valid Food Safety Course Level 1 / Food Handler certificate.
  • Able to speak and write Tamil.
  • Previous experience in the egg, food processing, food manufacturing or related industry is preferred.
  • Experience in stores, warehouse or production operations is preferred.
  • Able to handle physical work including loading and unloading of materials.
  • Safety-conscious, responsible and reliable.
  • Willing to perform hands-on duties in a food production environment.
  • Basic English communication is required for workplace coordination.

AdditionalAdvantage

Experience operating or working around food processing machinery.

Experience in inventory and warehouse management.

Experience driving commercial vehicles in Singapore.

Mechanical or technical knowledge will be an advantage.
