The posting

We are seeking aFood Safety & Warehouse Supervisor to support our food processingoperations, warehouse activities, food hygiene controls and transportationrequirements.

The position issuitable for a practical and experienced worker who can combine food handling,warehouse management, safety supervision and driving responsibilities.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Assist in supervising daily food processing and food handling activities.
  • Ensure workers follow food hygiene, personal hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
  • Assist with receiving and inspection of raw materials and food products.
  • Manage warehouse and cold/chilled storage areas where applicable.
  • Monitor stock levels, product movement and expiry dates.
  • Maintain inventory, receiving and dispatch records.
  • Organise storage areas and ensure proper segregation and housekeeping.
  • Prepare goods for delivery and coordinate loading and unloading.
  • Drive company vehicles for collection, transportation and delivery duties.
  • Conduct vehicle checks and report any vehicle defects.
  • Monitor cleanliness of food production, storage and work areas.
  • Assist management with workplace inspections and operational checks.
  • Support documentation and record keeping for food safety and production activities.

Job Requirements

  • Valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 4 driving licence.
  • Valid Food Safety Course Level 1 / Food Handler certificate.
  • Able to speak and write Tamil.
  • Previous experience in the egg industry, food manufacturing, food processing or warehouse operations is preferred.
  • Experience in food safety, warehouse or stores management is preferred.
  • Good understanding of workplace hygiene and safe food handling practices.
  • Able to perform physical work including lifting, moving and arranging goods.
  • Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
  • Basic English communication required for workplace coordination.

AdditionalAdvantage

  • Experience handling eggs or other temperature-sensitive food products.
  • Experience with inventory control and stocktaking.
  • Safety Supervisor or workplace safety experience.
  • Experience with delivery scheduling and dispatch operations.
