About the Role

Goal Setterz Business Solutions Pte. Ltd. is looking for energetic and resourceful Freelance Recruiters to support our recruitment assignments, particularly for Semiconductor, Electronics, Engineering, Manufacturing and Technical positions.

This is a purely commission-based freelance opportunity, with payment made upon successful placement according to the agreed commission structure and payment terms.

Candidates with less recruitment experience are welcome to apply if they have the right sourcing skills, willingness to learn and ability to identify suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source suitable candidates for vacancies assigned by Goal Setterz Business Solutions.
  • Work primarily on Semiconductor, Electronics, Engineering, Manufacturing and Technical positions.
  • Use LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, referrals and other appropriate sourcing channels.
  • Screen candidates against the job requirements before submission.
  • Conduct initial candidate screening covering experience, technical suitability, salary expectations, notice period, work eligibility and availability.
  • Submit only relevant and properly screened candidates.
  • Coordinate with candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Follow up with candidates on interviews, offers, acceptance and joining.
  • Maintain proper candidate information and recruitment records.
  • Ensure confidentiality of client and candidate information.
  • Avoid duplicate candidate submissions and obtain candidate consent before representation.
  • Work closely with the Goal Setterz team on priority and urgent positions.

Requirements

  • CEI certification relevant to the recruitment activities undertaken.
  • Previous recruitment experience is advantageous; however, candidates with limited experience may also apply.
  • Technical recruitment experience in Semiconductor / Electronics / Engineering will be highly advantageous.
  • Good candidate sourcing and screening skills.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
  • Good communication and follow-up skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet recruitment timelines.
  • Professional and ethical handling of candidate and client information.

Commission & Payment Terms

This position is offered on a 100% freelance / commission-only basis.

  • No fixed monthly salary.
  • Commission is earned only upon a successful placement arising from the freelancer's candidate submission, subject to the agreed terms.
  • Commission amount/percentage will be communicated and agreed for the assignment.
  • Payment term: within 30 days, subject to the applicable placement conditions and agreed payment terms.
  • No commission is payable for unsuccessful candidate submissions.
  • Detailed commission and replacement/payment conditions will be stated in the freelance agreement.
