We are an established restaurant seeking skilled Front of House team members to deliver excellent guest service and support smooth daily operations in a fine dining environment.

Job Summary

Join a dynamic team to provide attentive guest service, coordinate with kitchen staff, and maintain high standards in front-of-house restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional and attentive service to guests to enhance their dining experience
  • Welcome guests and assist with seating, ordering, and inquiries promptly and courteously
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders to ensure correct preparation and delivery
  • Manage daily front-of-house operations to maintain smooth service flow
  • Maintain cleanliness and service standards throughout the restaurant environment
  • Address guest requests and feedback professionally to resolve issues and improve satisfaction
  • Coordinate effectively with kitchen and team members during service to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Prepare tables and assist with opening and closing duties to support operational readiness
  • Support supervisors and managers in executing daily restaurant tasks and initiatives
  • Build positive relationships with regular and new guests to encourage repeat visits

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Prior experience in restaurant, food & beverage, or hospitality service
  • Experience in Chinese restaurant operations is advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage guests and team members
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Responsible, punctual, and eager to learn new skills
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
  • Availability to start immediately or on short notice is preferred
