TutorJohn Learning Centre is looking for a Full-Time Admin Executive to join our growing team at our Tampines branch.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, administrative coordination, and supporting daily centre operations in a fast-paced education environment.

💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and friendly customer service to parents and students
  • Handle enquiries and explain course details clearly
  • Manage student enrolments, class scheduling, and administrative records
  • Assist with HR-related duties, including onboarding and staff record-keeping
  • Support the smooth daily operations of the tuition centre
  • Coordinate with tutors, students, and parents to ensure a positive centre experience

👩‍💼 Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, HR, or education-related roles preferred
  • Prior experience working in a tuition centre will be an advantage
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Friendly, responsible, and professional attitude
  • Customer-first mindset with good attention to detail
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice preferred
