Job Summary

Join Kidmando as a full-time coach to contribute to innovative sports programs for kids. Enjoy flexible hours, hands-on mentorship, and ownership of meaningful projects that impact children's growth and development.

Responsibilities

  • Manage your work schedule autonomously to deliver high-impact results aligned with Kidmando’s mission
  • Collaborate with senior leaders through weekly 1:1 mentorship sessions to develop your skills and receive real-time feedback
  • Lead and execute meaningful projects that enhance kids’ learning, play, and growth experiences
  • Engage proactively with challenges to solve problems affecting kids and families in our programs
  • Foster teamwork and support within the Kidmando core team to drive collective success
