MIKI HOUSE is Japan’s leading premium baby and children’s fashion brand, with over 300 stores worldwide. We create high-quality clothing, footwear and baby products that bring happiness to children and their families.

We are looking for a warm, responsible and service-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join the MIKI HOUSE family.

📍 Location

MIKI HOUSE, Raffles City Shopping Centre

⏰ Working Arrangement

  • Full-time position
  • 44 working hours per week
  • Shift work based on the monthly roster
  • Must be available on weekends and Public Holidays
  • Salary commensurate with experience and discussed during the interview

✅ Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and professional customer service
  • Recommend suitable products according to each child’s age and needs
  • Handle enquiries, cashiering and payment processing
  • Replenish and organise stock
  • Maintain the store’s cleanliness and presentation
  • Support events and promotional activities
  • Work with the team to achieve sales targets

🚨 Requirements

  • Retail sales or customer service experience is preferred
  • Passionate about babies, children and fashion
  • Friendly, responsible and customer-focused
  • Able to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
  • Good command of English&Mandarine
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
