Job Summary

You will support daily operations in a fast-paced F&B environment by preparing drinks, recommending products, handling cashier duties, and maintaining a clean and tidy shop to ensure excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Operate the cashier system accurately and provide product recommendations to customers to enhance their experience
  • Prepare tea and toppings following established recipes to maintain product quality
  • Concoct drinks consistently to meet customer expectations and company standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the shop to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
  • Adapt quickly to new trends and techniques to improve service and product offerings
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to support smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience working in a food and beverage environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving trends and techniques
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork skills and customer service orientation
