Full-Time Store Manager – Chinatown

We are hiring a reliable and sales-driven Store Manager for our retail kiosk in Chinatown. The main focus is achieving sales targets while managing daily operations and part-time staff.

Working Hours / 工作时间 10am–7pm, 6 days per week 上午10点至晚上7点，每周工作6天 1 weekday rest day / 平日休息1天

Salary / 薪资 From $2,435/month + performance incentives 月薪$2,435起 + 绩效奖励

Responsibilities / 工作职责

  • Actively engage customers and drive sales 主动招呼顾客并推动销售
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets 达成个人及团队销售目标
  • Manage daily kiosk operations and transactions 管理摊位日常运作及交易
  • Schedule, guide and supervise part-time staff 安排兼职员工班表并进行指导与管理
  • Monitor stock and maintain neat product displays 管理库存并保持商品陈列整齐

Requirements / 职位要求

  • Retail sales or supervisory experience preferred 有零售销售或管理经验者优先
  • Proactive, responsible and customer-focused 积极主动、有责任心并重视顾客服务
  • Comfortable working at an outdoor kiosk 能接受户外摊位的工作环境
  • Able to work weekends and public holidays 能配合周末及公共假期工作
  • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to assist customers 能以英语及华语接待顾客
