YOUR ROLE

  • Host and facilitate escape room and other digital games
  • Brief customers and guide them throughout their experience
  • Reset and maintain game rooms
  • Handle customer enquiries and bookings
  • Assist with daily outlet operations and events

Supervisor:

  • Lead the team and oversee daily operations
  • Handle adhoc, customer enquiries and events management

WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Friendly, energetic & responsible
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Comfortable working with customers
  • Able to work weekends & public holidays
  • Experience in customer service / hospitality is a plus
  • No experience? No worries — training provided!
