The posting

Job Responsibilities:

1. Golf Administration: Manage daily tee-time bookings, time sheets and handle all inquiries.

2. Financial Duties: Process payments for green fees and buggy rentals, ensuring daily transaction tallies with billing.

3. Tournament & Events: Assist in preparing flight draw list and scorecards, managing registrations,and tabulating results.

4. Golf Operations: Assist golf operation when needed to ensure a smooth pace of play and other compliances. Assist to check course conditions and buggy maintenance and report to Head of Golf.

5. General Office Support: Maintain organized filing systems, manage golfing supplies/stationery, and assist with club communications.

6. Reports & Documentation: To generate monthly or weekly reports on course usage or other similar reports.

7. Ad-hoc Tasks: Any other duties as assigned by the Head of Golf to support the department's operations.

Job Requirements:

1. Basic computer skills are required.

2. Ability to communicate technical information effectively.

3. Capable of managing priorities and multitasking.

4. Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.

Working Hours:

The Club observes a forty-four hours (44) week. You working hours will be assigned the duty roster provided by Head of Golf or Head of Department.

• Entitled 1.5 days of rest day per week according to the duty roster.

• Full day – 6.30am to 3:.30pm / 10:00am to 7:00pm, or any other time assigned on ad-hoc basis
