What You Will Do

  • Learn the recruitment and executive search process from experienced consultants.
  • Receive structured training and mentoring to develop your recruitment and commercial skills.
  • Build relationships with maritime professionals and companies across Singapore and Asia-Pacific.
  • Develop your market knowledge and become a trusted recruitment specialist.
  • Manage client accounts and provide recruitment solutions.
  • Expand your professional network within the shipping and maritime community.
  • Identify business opportunities and contribute to company growth.
  • Develop your own client portfolio and increase your earnings through performance.

What We Are Looking For

  • Degree or Diploma in Maritime Studies, Shipping Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
  • Passion for the maritime and shipping industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn.
  • Commercially minded with a genuine interest in building relationships and developing business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to succeed.
  • Previous sales, customer service, internship, leadership, or business development experience will be an advantage, but is not essential.
