Antway Singapore is the local subsidiary of Antway Inc., a Tokyo-based food-tech company. Operating under the Tsuklio brand, it offers fresh, dietitian-supervised meal subscriptions, marking Antway’s first international expansion outside Japan.

Job Summary

You will lead and execute brand and customer acquisition strategies to grow Tsuklio’s subscriber base in Singapore, managing campaigns end-to-end and collaborating with internal and external teams to optimize marketing performance.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute KOL/influencer marketing campaigns with food, parenting, and lifestyle creators in Singapore to increase brand awareness and subscriber growth
  • Manage and expand Tsuklio’s Instagram and social media presence through content planning, Reels creation, and community engagement to boost follower interaction and brand loyalty
  • Design and optimize landing pages by planning structure, copy, wireframes, and conducting conversion tests to improve subscriber acquisition rates
  • Develop and implement coupon, promotional, and seasonal campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales
  • Analyze Google and Meta advertising performance with the in-house advertising specialist and recommend actionable improvements to maximize ROI
  • Create user-generated content (UGC) and short-form video content for social media and advertising to enhance brand storytelling and engagement
  • Coordinate PR, media, and partnership activities with relevant food, parenting, and lifestyle platforms to increase brand visibility
  • Track marketing performance metrics including new subscribers, active subscribers, and customer acquisition cost (CAC) to evaluate campaign effectiveness
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Identify, test, and own new growth initiatives to expand the subscriber base and improve marketing outcomes

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum 5 years of B2C marketing experience with hands-on involvement in the Singapore market
  • Proven experience managing KOL/influencer campaigns in Singapore, including sourcing, briefing, execution, and performance measurement
  • Experience growing and managing a brand Instagram account with content strategy and community engagement
  • Competence in planning landing pages, including structure, copywriting, wireframes, and collaborating with designers or agencies
  • Experience in PR and media relations within Singapore’s market
  • Ability to analyze marketing data such as CAC, conversion rates, and funnel metrics to inform decision-making
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to work independently

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience in D2C, e-commerce, F&B, beauty, subscription, or consumer businesses
  • Experience in food, meal kits, or subscription business sectors
  • Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, or Looker Studio for digital marketing analytics
  • Skills in short-form video production, UGC creation, or creative direction
  • Experience using Figma for landing-page wireframes
  • Experience working in startups, new-market launches, or e-commerce environments
  • Mandarin language skills
  • Japanese language skills (noted as good to have without job-related justification)
