Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional demand generation campaigns aligned with public sector and defence sales priorities.
  • Own pipeline and MGO targets, partnering closely with sales teams to increase lead conversion and revenue impact.
  • Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for strategic and named accounts.
  • Plan and execute field marketing activities, including conferences, executive briefings, webinars, and roundtables.
  • Manage digital marketing programs across email, paid media, search, social media, and nurture campaigns.
  • Develop targeted messaging and thought leadership content tailored to public sector stakeholders.
  • Enable sales teams with campaign toolkits, account insights, and outreach resources.
  • Track and optimize campaign performance, ROI, pipeline contribution, and marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2G/Public Sector Demand Generation, preferably within defence, government, or regulated industries.
  • Strong understanding of APJ public sector procurement processes and stakeholder landscape.
  • Demonstrated success in driving pipeline growth and marketing-generated opportunities.
  • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across events, digital, email, and paid media channels.
  • Strong knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and strategic account engagement.
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce and Marketo.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage regional programs across multiple APJ markets.
