The posting

As the pace of feature releases continues to accelerate, we are looking for a Product Operations Manager to ensure new product initiatives are successfully launched and adopted. Working at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Legal, you will own the execution and operationalisation of product launches, ensuring every feature is rolled out smoothly, understood by stakeholders, and delivers measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

Feature Rollout Management

  • Develop end-to-end rollout plans for product features, including driver incentives, rider promotions, matching and allocation enhancements, and Premium Services updates.
  • Manage feature implementation from initial planning through launch and post-launch review.
  • Define phased release approaches, rollback criteria, and success metrics for each launch.
  • Monitor post-launch performance and identify risks or opportunities across features, customer segments, and markets.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Customer Support, Fleet Operations, Pricing Operations, and Regulatory teams to prepare features for launch.
  • Conduct pre-launch readiness reviews, including support documentation, FAQs, dashboards, communications, training materials, and compliance sign-offs.
  • Proactively identify and resolve cross-functional dependencies and risks that may impact launch timelines or outcomes.

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage multiple concurrent rollout initiatives with clear ownership, milestones, timelines, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, key decisions, risks, and launch readiness to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Build strong relationships across internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project execution.

Go-to-Market Implementation

  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans to support product launches and maximise adoption.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, stakeholder communications, driver and rider education materials, FAQs, and in-app messaging.
  • Partner with data and analytics teams to measure launch performance and incorporate insights into future rollouts and improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 4 to 7 years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Project Management, Go-to-Market, Business Operations, or similar roles.
  • Experience managing complex cross-functional product launches from planning through post-launch evaluation.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align teams across the organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives and achieve outcomes without direct authority over stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance metrics, identify trends or anomalies, and make informed recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear and actionable business updates.
  • Leverage Generative AI and automation technologies to streamline and redesign workflows, reduce manual effort and human error, enhance decision-making, and strengthen the team's strategic consulting capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in marketplace, ride-hailing, e-commerce, logistics, mobility, or other two-sided platform businesses.
  • Familiarity with driver incentive programmes, rider promotions, pricing strategies, or B2B transport products.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with multiple concurrent product launches.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
