  7. Administer specialized treatments for dandruff, dryness, oily scalp, and hair loss, as appropriate.
  8. Apply colour treatments, such as henna or glosses, to enhance hair appearance and condition.
  9. Massage and Relaxation Techniques:
  10. Offer scalp massages as part of hair treatments to promote relaxation and improve blood circulation.
  11. Utilize massage techniques to relieve tension and stress, enhancing the overall client experience.
  12. Hair Analysis:
  13. Analyse hair texture, thickness, and overall health to tailor treatments to individual client needs.
  14. Assess scalp conditions and make recommendations for ongoing care and maintenance.
  15. Product Knowledge and Sales:
  16. Stay informed about hair care products and treatments available in the salon.
  17. Educate clients on suitable at-home hair care routines and products for maintaining treatment results.
  18. Assist with product sales and recommend appropriate products for clients.
  19. Sanitation and Hygiene:
  20. Adhere to strict sanitation and hygiene protocols to ensure the cleanliness and safety of equipment, tools, and work areas.
  21. Sterilize and maintain tools used for hair and scalp treatments.
  22. Client Relations:
  23. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  24. Address client concerns and questions with professionalism and empathy.
  25. Ensure clients' comfort and satisfaction throughout their salon visit.
  26. Documentation and Records:
