We are a vibrant unisex salon serving a loyal and diverse clientele. Our salon specializes in modern hair design, premium chemical services, and advanced hair care rituals. We take pride in delivering personalized styling solutions, with a strong focus on rich texture care, precision cuts, and vibrant coloring.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform consultation and expert execution of hair coloring, highlights, balayage, and custom color treatments.

* Provide professional hair care rituals, including deep conditioning, scalps treatments, and smoothing/keratin care.

* Deliver precision hair cutting, blow-drying, and styling tailored to individual client requests.

* Assess diverse hair types and textures to recommend suitable styles, maintenance routines, and professional home care products.

* Build and maintain positive relationships with regular and new clientele to ensure high customer satisfaction.

* Maintain salon hygiene, safety standards, and cleanliness across workstations.

Requirements & Qualifications

* Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a professional salon setting.

* Strong expertise in color formulation, highlight placement, and current cutting techniques.

* Experience working with thick, wavy, and dense hair textures is an advantage to serve our primary client base effectively.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.

* Ability to work effectively in a team environment during peak salon hours.
