The posting

We are seeking a visionary, strategic and hands-on Business Head to drive the global business of GoAI. This is not a traditional Business Head role - it combines commercial strategy, technical fluency and organisational building to turn cutting-edge AI innovation into globally deployed products.

You will own full P&L accountability for GoAI, working across product, growth and strategy, and partnering closely with research and engineering to shape what gets built - defining who GoAI is for, which problems it solves, how it's positioned and packaged, and how to drive adoption across markets.

The ideal candidate is comfortable moving fluidly between strategy and execution in a lean, fast-moving technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

Business Strategy & P&L

  • Commercial Strategy: own the commercial roadmap, revenue targets and P&L for GoAI products, services and related business transformation initiatives.
  • Go-to-Market & Monetisation: lead pricing, packaging and commercial expansion strategy across sales, marketing and client-facing units.
  • Partnership Ecosystem: identify, negotiate and manage high-value external partnerships and vendor alliances to accelerate product delivery.
  • Operational Ownership: own day-to-day execution - resourcing, delivery cadence, vendor/operational risk and budget allocation within approved P&L - and report commercial ROI and efficiency metrics to stakeholders.

Growth & Acquisition

  • User Acquisition: own the acquisition funnel across paid, organic, content and partnership channels, accountable for acquisition cost and user quality.
  • Growth Experimentation: test audiences, propositions, channels, pricing and customer journeys to drive acquisition, activation, engagement and conversion.
  • Product Feedback Loop: partner with Product, Engineering and Marketing to translate customer feedback, adoption data and market insights into product priorities.

GoAI Leadership

  • Team & Culture: build and lead a high-performing team, establishing a strong innovation culture around commercial and product priorities for next-generation AI capabilities.
  • Technical Excellence: evaluate emerging AI technologies and techniques, and ensure engineering best practices for AI development, quality and testing.

What You'll Bring

  • Technical & AI Depth: prior experience in an AI/ML product (or equivalent depth via close technical partnership) preferred; able to assess emerging AI techniques for commercial relevance.
  • International Experience: track record in Financial Services launching or scaling products across multiple markets, including building and scaling AI organisations globally.
  • Zero-to-One Mindset: comfortable operating where the proposition, audience or business model is still evolving.
  • Customer & Commercial Acumen: strong grasp of customer discovery, segmentation, positioning, pricing, monetisation and acquisition economics.
  • Hands-on Execution: willing and able to personally run campaigns, experiments and market activations in a lean environment, working closely with Product, Engineering and Design in agile environments.
  • Analytical Skill: highly data-driven, with the ability to track performance, interpret customer behaviour and turn insights into action.
