Head of Lead Generation
Location: Singapore (regional role) Reports to: Markets covered: Singapore, Philippines, Japan, Thailand, Taiwan, India, South Korea
Role Purpose
Own a coordinated, region-wide approach to lead generation across online and offline channels and across all subsidiaries, to deliver annual MW targets. Set the regional framework, equip each market with the assets to execute, and monitor and correct performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Define the regional lead generation framework Build a regional lead generation structure, in line with overall business objectives and marketing strategy, for each subsidiary to implement, covering:
- Customer and partner segmentation, prioritization and targeting
- Company introduction and value proposition (the 30-second pitch)
- Channel program and structure
- Sales support assets
- Proposed team structure and roles and responsibilities for lead hunting and nurturing
- Lead documentation and reporting in Salesforce
- Weekly performance report structure and KPIs
The framework must enable cross-country learning on what works and what doesn't, anddoesn't and let the Singapore regional team monitor progress and spot gaps needing attention.
2. Support marketing in building sales packs per target segment and channel Help to develop content and assets for regional and local campaigns aimed at priority customers and channel partners:
- Presentations, references and case studies
- Thought leadership videos and articles
- White papers and other supporting collateral
3. Localize the framework into market go-to-market plans Work with marketing and sales teams in each market to adapt the regional framework into a local GTM plan, including:
- Priority customer and channel segments with annual MW targets
- Partner program and incentives: channel incentive structure and localized channel sales support material
- Identification and signing of priority partners (JV partners and channel partners)
- Planning and executing lead generation campaignsRecruiting and training people with hunting and farming profiles
4. Monitor performance and manage the regional salesforce
- Weekly reporting against defined KPIs (e.g., telesales, online and offline lead generation)
- Weekly sales review calls with each market's sales and marketing teams
- Monthly regional web-conferences to share updates, success cases, good practices and lessons learnt
5. Identify issues and drive correction
- Run quarterly performance deep-dives per market, with corrective action plans
Key Performance Indicators
- Annual MW target achievement per market and regionally
- Lead volume, quality and conversion across online and offline channels
- Number of priority partners signed and partner-sourced pipeline
- Salesforce data completeness and reporting compliance
- Framework adoption and local GTM plan delivery across the seven markets
Requirements
- Proven experience leading multi-country B2B lead generation or sales and marketing in APAC, ideally in energy, renewables or a related sector
- Track record building channel and partner programs, including JV and channel partner negotiation
- Strong command of digital marketing (SEM, social) and offline channels (events, telesales)
- Proficient in Salesforce and KPI-driven performance management
- Experience recruiting, training and managing hunting and farming sales profiles across cultures
- Strong stakeholder management with country leadership; willingness to travel regionally
- Fluent English; additional APAC languages an advantage
