The Role

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Head of Partnerships & Ecosystem to build and scale ELGO AI’s Partnerships& Ecosystem function across Singapore and APAC.

With early success from channel partners and an established direct sales engine, your mission is to turn this traction into a scalable partner-led growth channel. You will own the partnership strategy and playbook, partner selection and onboarding, activation, strategic alliances, and ultimately partner-sourced revenue.

This is a high-impact, revenue-driven leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, with partner-sourced revenue forming a meaningful variable component of the overall compensation package.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop ELGO AI’s overall partnership strategy, playbook, partner segmentation, engagement model, and incentive structure.
  • Define clear criteria and processes for partner selection, onboarding, enablement, activation, and performance management.
  • Identify and recruit high-potential partners including system integrators, consulting firms, technology partners, resellers, and other ecosystem partners.
  • Personally manage the end-to-end partner lifecycle, from initial engagement and qualification to onboarding and activation.
  • Streamline and continuously improve partnership processes to reduce time from partner identification to active deal flow generation.
  • Develop joint go-to-market plans, target accounts, solution propositions, and sales activities with partners.
  • Work closely with partners to originate, progress, and close customer opportunities.
  • Track partner pipeline, conversion, revenue contribution, and overall partner performance.
  • Build a scalable partnership model that can be replicated across markets.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experienced SaaS Alliances Leader: You have 5+ years of experience in business development, partner management, consulting or strategic alliances within the B2B SaaS industry (experience in the AI space is highly preferred).
  • Track Record of Integration Scaling: You have successfully generated revenue through partners and launched or scaled SaaS integrations and co-sold software alongside major tech enterprise platforms.
  • Strong Commercial & Technical Acumen: You can talk strategy and negotiate with enterprise partner executives to build solid relationships while also detailing integration requirements with product managers and engineers alike.
  • Entrepreneurial Execution: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited to build our partnership playbook from the ground up, moving from strategy to execution autonomously, i.e. able to design processes and frameworks while also executing hands-on.
  • Highly Collaborative: You excel at working across internal departments to ensure partner strategies align with internal product capabilities and customer retention goals, by having a strong stakeholder management.

Key KPIs

The remuneration for this role will have a strong success-base component to align incentives with the company, mainly but not only: partner-sourced revenue, supported by metrics such as active partners, partner-generated pipeline, activation rate, and time-to-first-opportunity.
