Build Practical Experience in Recruitment & Healthcare

Looking to build practical experience in talent acquisition while gaining exposure to the healthcare sector? Join a collaborative recruitment team where you’ll be involved in real-world hiring activities, candidate engagement, market research and recruitment operations.

Work alongside experienced recruitment consultants, gain insight into the full recruitment lifecycle, and develop valuable skills in sourcing, communication, coordination and stakeholder engagement.

What You’ll Be Involved In

  • Support candidate sourcing, screening and shortlisting across various recruitment assignments
  • Conduct talent searches, market research and industry mapping to identify potential candidates
  • Engage with candidates professionally and maintain positive relationships throughout the hiring journey
  • Coordinate interviews, follow-ups and other recruitment activities
  • Maintain and update candidate databases, records and recruitment documentation
  • Assist with day-to-day recruitment administration and operational tasks
  • Support talent-pooling, market-mapping and business development initiatives
  • Contribute ideas to enhance candidate engagement and recruitment processes
  • Stay informed on healthcare workforce trends and developments within the recruitment landscape

What We’re Looking For

  • GCE 'A' Levels, Diploma or higher qualifications
  • Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, healthcare, human resources, business or related fields
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proactive approach with a willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
