  • Assist users with Microsoft 365 applications and carry out routine administration activities within the Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Handle initial troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics 365 incidents, gathering relevant information and coordinating escalation where specialist application support is required.
  • Process approved user account and access requests while ensuring permissions are assigned in line with established security and operational procedures.
  • Set up, configure, update, and troubleshoot end-user devices and business applications.
  • Keep IT asset records current by tracking equipment assignments, locations, ownership, condition, and lifecycle status.
  • Liaise with technology vendors and service providers on equipment servicing, software licensing, warranty claims, technical support, and related operational matters.
  • Carry out scheduled equipment checks and maintenance activities to help minimize service interruptions and hardware-related issues.
  • Monitor the general health and availability of end-user systems and address identified issues proactively where possible.
  • Support the setup and operation of meeting room technology, including video conferencing, displays, audio equipment, and associated peripherals.
  • Diagnose basic connectivity and network-related problems and work with the Network and Cybersecurity Engineer when issues require further investigation.
  • Maintain clear records of support requests, actions taken, issue resolution, and relevant operational information.
  • Contribute to other day-to-day IT support activities required to maintain reliable technology services for the client.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma, Degree, or relevant professional qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Practical experience supporting end users in a helpdesk, desktop support, service desk, or similar IT support environment.
  • Good working knowledge of Windows-based desktops and laptops, printers, peripherals, and standard workplace applications.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or experience supporting enterprise business applications.
  • Experience handling user accounts, access permissions, and routine system administration activities.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve common hardware, software, device, and connectivity issues.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts and common LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting procedures.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate IT asset and support records.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills when assisting both technical and non-technical users.
  • Must be available to work on a shift/roster basis, including weekends and Singapore Public Holidays, in accordance with operational requirements.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
