The posting

Employee Management

  • Monitoring of employee daily attendance, and welfare including sourcing and liaising with dormitory operators
  • Sourcing and registering training courses for employees
  • Timely renewal on employees work pass
  • Internal Training for employees and Workers

Inter-Section/ Departmental Coordination

  • Covering for colleagues’ duties when required to ensure smooth workflow and operations across teams, collaborate with other departments as needed.

Administrative & Documentation Tasks

  • Maintain and update employee databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Organize and file documentation records
  • Provide administrative support for Management meetings, and other related events such as company D&D, retreat or luncheon etc.
  • ISO, BCA and Bizsafe renewal procedures
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Manager or Management Team
  • Incidental reporting
  • Plan and streamline all administrative procedures
  • Disseminate company policy effective across the organization
  • Yearly renewal of Company Insurance Policy
  • Works closely with Operations and HR team on workers administrative issues
  • Liaise with IT vendor on IT repairs and maintenance of laptops, servers, mobile phones

Requirements:

  • ITE/Diploma Fresh Graduates are welcome
  • Highly motivated and organized individual with a flexible approach to work
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising the quality of work or safety
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Good command of spoken, written English and ability to deal with all issues of foreign workers
