Job Summary

You will support day-to-day HR operations across multiple F&B outlets, managing recruitment, employee records, payroll assistance, statutory compliance, and staff engagement to ensure smooth HR functions and regulatory adherence in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily HR operations across multiple F&B outlets to ensure efficient workforce management
  • Coordinate recruitment processes including interview scheduling, hiring, and onboarding to secure qualified staff
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation for compliance and reporting
  • Track and manage staff attendance, leave, medical certificates, and overtime records to support payroll and operational needs
  • Assist in monthly payroll preparation and verification to ensure accurate employee compensation
  • Process CPF, SDL, FWL, and other statutory submissions in compliance with Singapore regulations
  • Manage Work Permit and other work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations to maintain legal workforce status
  • Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR documents to formalize employment terms
  • Respond to staff queries related to payroll, leave, attendance, and company policies to provide clear guidance
  • Collaborate with outlet managers on staffing and manpower planning to meet operational demands
  • Monitor attendance and punctuality to uphold workforce discipline and productivity
  • Support employee relations and disciplinary processes to maintain a positive work environment
  • Coordinate staff training and onboarding programs to enhance employee skills and integration
  • Implement HR policies and procedures consistently to ensure organizational compliance
  • Organize and update HR records to maintain data accuracy and accessibility
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and statutory requirements to mitigate risks
  • Promote staff welfare and engagement activities to foster a supportive workplace culture
  • Perform additional HR and administrative duties as required to support business needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior HR experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or service industries
  • Knowledge of Singapore employment practices and statutory requirements
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for diverse workforce interaction
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and HRMS softwares for HR documentation and reporting
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, responsible, and hands-on approach to HR operations
  • 1 year of relevant human resource experience is an advantage
  • Prior experience in the F&B industry is an advantage but not required
