The company integrates innovative lighting technology, multimedia and creative design to deliver immersive, visually engaging experiences for landmark developments, attractions and public spaces.

JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

HR and Administrative Duties

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and staff engagement.
  • Handle employment pass and Dependant's Pass (EP/DP) applications, renewals and cancellations, ensuring compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations.
  • Develop, implement and maintain HR policies, procedures and employment practices in accordance with Singapore employment legislation.
  • Oversee payroll administration, leave management, employee records and HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Manage office administration, premises, assets, supplies, vendors and outsourced service providers to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives and maintain a positive and productive workplace environment.

Finance and Accounting Duties

  • Oversee the full spectrum of accounting and finance functions, including full-set accounts, month-end and year-end closing, and preparation of financial statements in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
  • Manage budgeting, cash flow forecasting, treasury, receivables, payables and financial planning.
  • Monitor project costs, analyse financial performance and provide management with timely financial reports and insights to support business decisions.
  • Oversee GST returns, corporate income tax filings, annual audits and other statutory financial reporting requirements.
  • Establish and maintain effective internal financial controls, accounting procedures and compliance standards.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, tax agents, banks and other financial stakeholders

REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of end-to-end finance and accounting experience, with hands-on experience in full-set accounts, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, GST, corporate taxation and annual audits.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR & Administration management experience, with a good understanding of Singapore employment regulations and EP/DP application processes.
  • Experience in the construction or engineering industry would be an advantage.
  • Professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA or CPA would be preferred.
  • Familiarity with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), MOM regulations, CPF requirements and statutory compliance.
  • Experience in procurement, tender administration and GeBIZ would be an advantage.
  • Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and coordinate across departments.
