The posting

Our client is an MNC company in the Semi-conductor industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Sales Manager to join their Sales team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team.

They are located in Town – easily accessible via various modes of transport.

Job Description:

  • Lead day-to-day HR operations across Southeast Asia, covering talent acquisition, employee onboarding, confirmation, performance review processes, and offboarding activities.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with local employment legislation, statutory regulations, and internal company policies across the SEA region.
  • Review, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to strengthen operational effectiveness.
  • Manage payroll processing, overtime calculations, staff reimbursement claims, and leave administration while ensuring data accuracy.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including claims processing, vendor coordination, reconciliation of benefit statements, and invoice approvals.
  • Provide HR advisory support to employees and managers by handling employee relations matters, addressing workplace concerns, and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives, wellness activities, and company events to foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
  • Partner with business leaders on manpower planning, organizational development, succession planning, and HR process enhancement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date employee records in accordance with company standards and data protection requirements.

Sales & Administrative Support

  • Prepare, review, and maintain customer contracts, agreements, and supporting sales documentation.
  • Coordinate the collection and submission of customer compliance documents, including ESG questionnaires, RBA requirements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and other governance-related documentation.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, trade fairs, customer seminars, and other promotional activities.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and timely completion of sales administration and operational support tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably within the semiconductor, electronics, or advanced manufacturing industry.
  • Experience supporting regional HR functions across Southeast Asia is highly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of employment regulations, statutory requirements, and HR operational best practices
