The posting

We are looking for an HR Admin to support the HR Operations team of a structured organisation in the education sector.

You will assist with employee data checking, HR records, documentation and daily HR administrative processes. This role is suitable for candidates with experience in HR administration, general administration, data entry or records management.

Job Details

  • Contract Duration: 6 months
  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Salary: S$3,300–S$3,500 per month
  • Work Arrangement: 5 days onsite
  • Nearest MRT: Kent Ridge MRT
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am–6.00pm
  • Education: Diploma or Degree holder

Responsibilities

  • Perform employee data checks and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with HR transactions, system updates and data entry.
  • Maintain documents, files and employment records.
  • Support HR audits, compliance checks and certification exercises.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on HR matters.
  • Support HR process improvement and other ad hoc duties.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree holder with 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in HR administration, HR operations, data entry or records management will be advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HR systems will be advantageous.
  • Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working with data.
  • Able to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Good communication skills and able to work accurately under deadlines.
