Company Profile

Tuck Lee Ice is a Singapore-based ice manufacturing, packaging and distribution company. Our business covers food-grade ice production, production site management, logistics and delivery, and customer service.

The company is currently working towards standardising production processes, implementing automation and upgrading its management systems. We are looking for a practical, detail-oriented and independent HR & Admin professional to help establish a more stable and structured HR management foundation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the company's daily HR and administrative matters, including employee records, contracts, work permits, attendance, leave, overtime, onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Handle recruitment for frontline employees, drivers, production workers, warehouse staff and administrative positions, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, arranging interviews and following up on onboarding.
  • Maintain employee information and ensure employment contracts, salary records, NRIC / FIN, Work Permit, S Pass, EP, emergency contacts and other relevant documents are complete, accurate and updated in a timely manner.
  • Assist with employee attendance, work schedules, overtime (OT), leave management and the preparation and verification of data before payroll processing.
  • Handle day-to-day employee communication, disciplinary matters, lateness, early departures, absenteeism, leave disputes and basic employee relations issues.
  • Assist management in establishing and improving HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, leave, OT approval, disciplinary procedures and employee record management.
  • Assist with HR coordination between production teams, delivery teams and administrative departments.
  • Manage office and employee administrative support, including uniforms, access control, attendance systems, training arrangements and other administrative matters.
  • Ensure the company's HR practices comply with Singapore MOM requirements, employment legislation and relevant government regulations.
  • Report directly to management and participate in HR policy improvement and process according to the company's business development needs. Remarks : To assist account department on ad-hoc duities.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Admin, HR Operations or a related HR EXPERIENCE. *Immediate availability preference
