The posting

We are looking for a social media-savvy HR Assistant to join our HR team.

This role combines social media management, recruitment and HR administration. You will be responsible for keeping our company social media pages active and up to date, while supporting our recruitment activities and day-to-day HR operations.

This is a suitable opportunity for someone who enjoys social media, creating content and interacting with people, and is interested in developing a career in HR and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Company Updates

  • Manage and update the company's social media pages.
  • Create and post content about company events, activities, employees and other company happenings.
  • Take photos and short videos during company activities and events.
  • Create simple graphics, posts and short videos using tools such as Canva.
  • Maintain a regular flow of content across the company's social media channels.

Recruitment

  • Post job vacancies on JobStreet, MyCareersFuture, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
  • Promote job opportunities through social media.
  • Source and contact potential candidates through online platforms.
  • Assist with screening applications and arranging interviews.
  • Maintain recruitment records and candidate information.
  • Assist with onboarding activities.

HR & Administration

  • Assist with employee records, leave and attendance administration.
  • Prepare routine HR documents and letters.
  • Assist with employee activities and company events.
  • Provide general HR and administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements

  • Comfortable and active on social media.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interested in developing a career in HR and recruitment.
  • Enjoy creating and sharing content.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, photography or video editing is an advantage.
  • Diploma or relevant qualification in HR, Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR, recruitment, social media, marketing or administration will be an advantage.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Organised, responsible and willing to learn.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
