About the Role:
As an HR Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations and providing HR & administrative support. This is a hybrid work arrangement, offering you the flexibility to work both remotely and from our office in Orchard Road.
Key Responsibilities:
- The HR Associate will support both internal HR operations and healthcare recruitment activities, working closely with the recruitment team to source and match allied health professionals to client requirements.
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
- Posting job openings on job portals
- Screen job applicants
- Prepare resumes
- Manage social media channels as needed, develop recruitment and employer-branding content, and support digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and attract healthcare professionals.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by Supervisor
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on recruitment experience is required. Candidates should have experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and recruitment administration. Experience in healthcare or professional recruitment will be an advantage.*
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administrative roles / HR roles
- Able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in managing socials channels
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
