EUDA Health Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: EUDA) is a Singapore-based company with operations and business interests across Singapore, Malaysia and Greater China. The Group is focused on expanding its presence in the healthcare and wellness sector, with an emphasis on non-invasive and preventive healthcare and longevity-related products and services.

As the Group continues to grow and expand across the region, we are seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Director to lead and strengthen our human resources function across the Group.

The Role

The HR Director will be responsible for developing and implementing the Group’s HR strategy, policies and processes while supporting management in building an effective organisational structure and workforce.

The role covers the full spectrum of human resources, including manpower planning, talent acquisition, employee and management evaluation, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, organisational development and HR compliance.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and business leaders across the Group to ensure that the organisation has the appropriate manpower, capabilities and HR infrastructure to support its business objectives and regional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the Group’s overall HR strategy in alignment with business objectives and expansion plans.

Work with management to assess current and future manpower requirements across different functions and markets.

Lead end-to-end recruitment for management, corporate and operational positions and ensure the Group is able to attract and retain suitable talent.

Develop effective recruitment and candidate assessment processes to evaluate experience, capabilities and suitability for each role.

Review the existing organisational structure and recommend improvements to reporting lines, job responsibilities and manpower deployment where appropriate.

Evaluate the capabilities, performance and role suitability of existing management and employees through structured and objective assessment processes.

Establish clear job descriptions, responsibilities, KPIs and performance expectations across the organisation.

Develop and implement performance appraisal and employee evaluation frameworks.

Oversee probation reviews and employee confirmation processes to ensure new hires meet the requirements of their respective roles.

Develop workforce planning and manpower budgeting processes across the Group.

Advise management on organisational development, succession planning, employee retention and talent management.

Establish and enhance HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks and internal controls.

Oversee compensation and benefits, salary benchmarking and employee incentive structures.

Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations and HR practices in the jurisdictions where the Group operates.

Oversee employee onboarding, contract renewal and offboarding processes.

Identify opportunities to improve HR systems, processes and reporting.

Support management on organisational restructuring, change management and other HR-related initiatives as required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.

Preferably 10 years or more of progressive HR experience, including experience in a senior HR leadership or regional HR role.

Strong experience in talent acquisition, manpower planning, performance management and employee assessment.

Demonstrated ability to evaluate employee and management capabilities objectively and provide practical recommendations to management.

Experience in organisational development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and HR policy development.

Strong knowledge of Singapore employment practices and regulations. Regional HR exposure, particularly in Malaysia and/or Greater China, would be an advantage.

Experience supporting a growing, multi-entity or regional organisation is preferred.

Strong commercial and business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with business requirements.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to work directly with senior management.

Hands-on, resourceful and comfortable working in a fast-moving and evolving business environment.

High level of professionalism, discretion and integrity when handling confidential matters.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an experienced HR leader who can operate at both strategic and operational levels. The ideal candidate should be capable of building strong HR processes, recruiting suitable talent, evaluating and developing existing employees, and helping management ensure that people are appropriately matched to their roles and responsibilities.

The successful candidate should be practical, commercially minded and comfortable working in an evolving organisation where HR needs to support both day-to-day operations and longer-term regional growth.

The position will initially be offered on a 1-year contract. Subject to business growth, organisational needs and individual performance, there may be an opportunity for conversion to a permanent position.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
