HR & Employee Engagement Executive

We are looking for a meticulous, proactive, and energetic HR Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be key to managing core payroll processes and driving our company culture through engaging corporate events and activities.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely submission and payout.
  • Calculate employee overtime (OT) pay, allowances, and claim reimbursements in compliance with statutory standards and company policies.
  • Maintain updated employee records, leave administration, and submission of statutory filings (e.g., CPF, IR8A, NS Claims, Tax Clearance).
  • Address employee queries regarding payroll, claims, leave, and benefits.

Employee Engagement & Event Management

  • Plan, organize, and execute company-wide events, including the Annual Dinner & Dance (D&D), festive celebrations (e.g., Chinese New Year, 7th Month Praying), and team bonding activities.
  • Coordinate ad-hoc company lunches, dinners, and staff welfare initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage event logistics, vendors, budgeting, and post-event feedback.

General HR & Administrative Duties

  • Support full-spectrum HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee contract management.
  • Assist with training administration, performance reviews, and general HR admin tasks as required.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in full-spectrum HR, payroll processing, and event management.
  • System Knowledge: Experience with Infotech Payroll System is highly preferred.
  • Payroll Expertise: Familiarity with local labor laws, statutory regulations, overtime rules, and claim calculations.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with employees at all levels. High attention to detail and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Cultural Competence: Familiarity with local cultural traditions and celebrations (e.g., 7th Month rituals, festive events) to manage event setups seamlessly.
