  • Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act requirements, MOM regulations, and company policies.

2. Payroll & Statutory Matters

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
  • Handle CPF submissions, adjustments, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and coordinate statutory submissions, including IR8A, IR21, and annual tax-related matters.
  • Liaise with payroll vendors, accountants, auditors, and government agencies when required.
  • Support leave administration, attendance verification, and payroll-related reporting.

3. Government Grants & Claims

  • Assist in the application, submission, and tracking of government grants and funding schemes.
  • Monitor grant compliance requirements, milestones, supporting documents, and reporting deadlines.
  • Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely grant submissions and claims.
  • Maintain proper records and documentation for audit purposes.

4. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support

  • Support recruitment activities, including job advertisements, resume screening, interview scheduling, and offer preparation.
  • Coordinate candidate communications and provide a positive hiring experience.
  • Work closely with hiring managers on recruitment requirements and interview arrangements.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.

5. Training & Development

  • Coordinate SkillsFuture courses, internal training programmes, and employee development initiatives.
  • Maintain training records, attendance reports, and post-training documentation.
  • Support workforce development and upskilling initiatives.

6. Employee Engagement & Company Events

  • Assist in organising company events, team bonding activities, staff celebrations, and employee engagement programmes.
  • Support internal communications related to HR initiatives and company activities.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and engaging workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably within an SME environment.
  • Hands-on experience in Singapore payroll processing, CPF submissions, IR8A, and MOM regulations.
  • Familiarity with government grants, funding schemes, or workforce initiatives is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Why Join Visionary Interior Design?

  • Exposure to full-spectrum Human Resources functions.
  • Opportunity to contribute to a growing and dynamic organisation.
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment, payroll, grants, and employee engagement.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
