Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist with hands-on payroll experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the full spectrum of HR functions, with a strong focus on payroll administration, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations. This role requires excellent communication skills in English and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and Singapore employment regulations.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date.
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Administer employee benefits, leave, claims, and attendance records.
  • Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
  • Ensure compliance with the Employment Act and other relevant HR regulations.
  • Respond to employee enquiries regarding payroll, leave, benefits, and HR policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain payroll and HR databases.
  • Support HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and other ad hoc HR projects.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of HR experience, with hands-on payroll processing experience.
  • Good understanding of Singapore Employment Act and payroll practices.
  • Experience using HRIS and payroll systems is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
