HR Executive / Senior HR Executive – Recruitment & Staff Accommodation

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on HR Executive/ Senior HR Executive to support recruitment and manage staff accommodation within the nursing home. The role will focus primarily on local and overseas recruitment, onboarding, and staff dormitory/accommodation matters, while providing support for general HR administration and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage and support local and overseas recruitment activities.
  • Post job advertisements, screen and shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews.
  • Liaise with hiring managers and recruitment agencies on manpower requirements.
  • Support job fairs, recruitment events and other hiring initiatives.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters and recruitment documentation.
  • Coordinate onboarding arrangements for new hires.
  • Track recruitment progress and follow up on outstanding vacancies.

Staff Accommodation / Dormitory Management

  • Manage and coordinate staff accommodation located within the nursing home premises.
  • Arrange room/bed allocation, check-in and check-out for employees.
  • Maintain accurate records of staff occupancy and accommodation arrangements.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure staff accommodation is properly maintained.
  • Attend to employees' accommodation-related enquiries, concerns and requests.
  • Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance or repair matters relating to the staff accommodation.
  • Ensure employees comply with the nursing home's accommodation rules and guidelines.
  • Support the onboarding and settling-in arrangements of overseas employees staying at the nursing home.

HR Administration & Employee Support

  • Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS information and P-files.
  • Prepare HR letters, employment documents and other HR correspondence.
  • Support employee engagement activities, wellness programmes, staff events and Town Hall Meetings.
  • Assist with HR policies, procedures, job descriptions and other HR projects.
  • Perform other HR duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline preferred.
  • Prior HR experience with hands-on recruitment experience preferred.
  • Experience handling foreign/overseas recruitment and staff accommodation matters would be an advantage.
  • Strong coordination, communication and administrative skills.
  • Comfortable liaising with employees on both HR and accommodation matters.
  • Organised and able to manage multiple recruitment and employee matters concurrently.
  • Proactive, hands-on and able to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
