Job Scope:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, salary negotiation, background checks and job offers.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, job requirements and recruitment priorities.
  • Coordinate candidate onboarding, including first-day orientation, new-hire documentation and onboarding materials.
  • Manage work pass applications, renewals and related documentation in accordance with relevant requirements.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare recruitment reports, while analysing hiring data and trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support employer branding, career events, talent attraction campaigns and other HR and talent-related projects.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines.
  • Candidate with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a technical, industrial, , engineering, energy, oil & gas are welcome to apply.
