The posting

In this role, you will support the HR Operations & Services team of a leading education-sector organisation. You will handle HR transactions, employee data checks, record maintenance and documentation activities to ensure accurate and timely HR processes.

Job Details:

Contract Duration: 6-month contract

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Arrangement: 5 days onsite

Salary: S$3,300–S$3,500 per month

Nearest MRT: MRT Kent Ridge

Education: Diploma or Degree holder

Responsibilities:

  • Support new hire and rehire verification and related employee data checks.
  • Perform data quality checks and maintain accurate employee, payroll and employment records.
  • Carry out system updates, data entry, document management, filing and record-keeping activities.
  • Assist with HR audits, certification exercises and compliance-related checks.
  • Ensure HR transactions are completed accurately and within the required service timelines.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the completion of HR processes.
  • Provide accurate information and redirect or escalate matters to the appropriate parties.
  • Support HR process improvement, change and automation initiatives.
  • Assist with testing and implementation of process improvements.
  • Provide additional support to the team during peak periods.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree holder with 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in HR operations, HR administration, employee records or data management will be advantageous.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with data and performing verification and checking activities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors will be advantageous.
  • Able to handle confidential and sensitive employee information with discretion.
  • Process- and service-focused, with the ability to work accurately under deadlines.
  • Able to work effectively with various stakeholders and provide timely support.
