We are launching a high-impact digital transformation to migrate our 300-headcount organisation into a sleek, cloud-driven HR ecosystem. Instead of hiring a ready-made specialist, we want to groom a high-potential professional into our future HR Tech Champion.

This is your ultimate playground to step out of routine administration and drive real change. Backed by our team, you will bridge daily employee lifecycle operations, hands-on cloud implementation and data compliance. To supercharge your growth, you will also receive structured training to master end-to-end payroll for a dedicated 50-headcount Business Unit — and, once confident, serve as a trusted backup for our corporate payroll. If you are highly analytical, love tech, and crave a future-proof career path in HR operations, this role is made for you.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lifecycle Management: Own end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding logistics to offboarding clearances
  • HRIS Co-Administration: Maintain backend HRIS data hygiene, access structures and troubleshoot vendor issues
  • Cloud Transformation: Partner with the project lead to execute system upgrades, data migrations and module rollouts
  • Payroll Ownership: Undergo hands-on training to run end-to-end monthly payroll for a 50-headcount unit, gradually building the capability to support corporate payroll as a backup
  • People Analytics: Extract and clean system data to build monthly dashboards tracking recruitment and retention metrics
  • Process Automation: Identify operational bottlenecks to build automated system triggers and milestone alerts
  • Data Governance: Manage all digital employee databases in strict compliance with Singapore's PDPA guidelines

Key Skills & Attributes

  • Analytical Mindset: Strong natural aptitude for database logic and software information workflows
  • Advanced Excel: Complete comfort with data manipulation using text formulas and Pivot Tables
  • Compliance Aware: Foundational knowledge of MOM Employment Act; eager to master PDPA data frameworks
  • Learning Agility: Naturally curious and fast to pick up new software interfaces and statutory rules
  • Detail-Oriented: Zero-error tolerance for system access setups, payroll cross-checks and data updates

Education & Experience

  • Recognised Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in HR Operations or as an operations-focused HR Generalist
  • Spreadsheet wizard or the "go-to tech person"; prior system rollout experience is not required
  • General familiarity with cloud HR platforms (e.g., Info-Tech, SuccessFactors) is an asset
  • IHRP-CP or Data Protection certifications are highly advantageous but not mandatory
