The International French School (Singapore) is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team immediately. This role is a great chance to learn about Human Resources and support our daily operations. You'll gain practical experience in various HR functions, helping us ensure our team runs smoothly.

What You Will Learn and Contribute To

  • Support Recruitment Efforts: You'll help us find great new talent! This involves posting job openings online, organizing resumes, and helping to schedule interviews with candidates.
  • Assist with New Employee Onboarding: When new people join us, you'll help make sure they have a smooth start. This includes preparing their welcome materials and organizing necessary paperwork.
  • Maintain HR Records: Keeping our employee information accurate is crucial. You'll help update and organize employee files, both digital and physical, in our HR systems.
  • Support Training and Development: You'll play a part in setting up training catalog and improving processes
  • Help with HR Projects: From time to time, we have special HR projects. You'll jump in to support these initiatives.
  • Provide General HR Support: You'll help with various day-to-day tasks that keep the HR department running efficiently

Profile We Are Looking For

  • Currently enrolled in HR, Business, Management or related studies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive, reliable, curious, and a good team player eager to learn

Internship Conditions

  • Duration: 6 months
  • Location: Singapore
  • Working time: 42 hours/week
  • Start date: End of December/Beginning of January
  • Monthly gratification

Missions proposées:

  • Soutenir les Efforts de Recrutement : Vous nous aiderez à trouver de nouveaux talents ! Cela inclut l'affichage des offres d'emploi en ligne, la selection des CV, le premier contact avec les candidats, et l'aide à la planification des entretiens avec les candidats.
  • Assister à l'Intégration des Nouveaux Employés (Onboarding) : Lorsque de nouvelles personnes nous rejoignent, vous contribuerez à ce qu'elles aient un démarrage en douceur. Cela comprend la préparation de leurs supports de bienvenue et l'organisation des documents nécessaires.
  • Tenir à Jour les Dossiers RH : Il est crucial de maintenir l'exactitude des informations de nos employés. Vous aiderez à mettre à jour et à organiser les dossiers du personnel, numériques et physiques, dans nos systèmes RH.

  • Aider aux Projets RH : De temps en temps, nous avons des projets RH spécifiques. Vous participerez à ces initiatives.
  • Fournir un Soutien Général aux RH : Vous aiderez à diverses tâches quotidiennes qui assurent le bon fonctionnement du département RH.

Profil recherché

  • Étudiant·e en RH, école de commerce, de management ou dans un cursus similaire
  • Bonnes capacités de communication
  • Proactif, fiable, curieux et un bon esprit d'équipe, désireux d'apprendre
