Key Responsibilities
- Assist with job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
- Prepare employment letters and maintain accurate employee records.
- Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
- Support staff engagement activities and internal events.
- Handle confidential information with discretion (PDPA awareness).
- Suggest process improvements and research relevant workforce grants.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and good with MS Office.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle confidential data.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
