Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related documentation for foreign employees.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations, CPF requirements, and company policies.
- Oversee payroll processing, attendance records, leave administration, and employee benefits.
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and workplace issues.
- Coordinate employee training, performance appraisals, and staff development.
- Monitor work pass expiry dates, medical examinations, insurance, security bonds, and other statutory requirements.
- Liaise with MOM, CPF Board, employment agencies, training providers, and other relevant authorities.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and administrative processes.
- Prepare HR reports, manpower records, and other management reports.
- Provide HR support to management and site operations teams.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Good knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and MOM work pass procedures.
- Experience handling foreign worker administration in the construction or engineering industry will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with payroll, CPF contributions, leave management, and employee records.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
