Job Scope

  • Administers HR policies and procedures for all company personnel, assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
  • Conducts recruitment for all exempt and non-exempt personnel, write and places advertisements. Coordinates, negotiates and liaises with employment anda dvertising agents. Work with respective managers to develop job description for new hires, and update existing job description for any changes, as required.
  • Collaborate and consult with hiring managers on strategic and tactical recruitment plansdesigned to meet their business objectives through the acquisition of talent.
  • Create and execute recruitment processes consistent with the company’s goals andbusiness objectives.
  • Coordinates and liaises with external consultants/ HOD on employees’ training needs and arranges training schedules for employees.
  • Participates in staff meetings, taking of minutes and attend other meetings and seminars.
  • Maintains compliance with local laws and regulations concerning employment.
  • Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in the efficiency of department and services performed.
  • Keep abreast of Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and Central Provident Fund (CPF)regulations.
  • Involves in annual manpower planning and expansion.
  • Organizes corporate events such as employee’s birthday, company’s dinner, corporate trip, family day etc.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Requirement

  • NITEC/ Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or equivalent
  • 4 - 6years of relevant experience in HR role
