The posting

We are looking for a HR Operations Executive to assist a public agency with manpower administration, employee life cycle activities, and project management for a leadership development programme.

  • Basic up to $3,000 per month + Completion bonus (1-month)
  • 1-year contract
  • Mon - Fri, office hours
  • Buona Vista MRT

Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day HR operations and administration of a leadership development programme, including recruitment, onboarding, deployment, secondment, extensions and offboarding.
  • Maintain databases and ensure accurate and timely updates.
  • Support the review, development and implementation of policies, SOPs, process guides, templates and communication materials, including version control and process improvements.
  • Provide project management and secretariat support for scheme reviews and transformation initiatives, including coordinating meetings, workshops and stakeholder engagements.
  • Consolidate data, feedback and findings, and track project milestones, deliverables, risks and dependencies while supporting the preparation of management papers, reports and presentations.
  • Support HR and personnel administration, including coordination with HR teams, partner agencies and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Possesses minimum a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Management or related disciplines with 2 years of experience in HR operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.
  • Highly meticulous and detail-oriented.
