我们正在招聘一位执行力强、能独立处理工作的 HR（薪资）及行政助理，负责薪资、人事行政及日常行政事务。

此岗位适合做事细心、有条理、反应快，并能在较少指导下独立完成工作的人选。需能够主动跟进事项，并将日常 HR 及薪资工作从开始处理至完成。

主要工作职责

  • 负责每月薪资、佣金、奖金及相关薪资计算
  • 处理 CPF、SDL、FWL、报销及薪资调整
  • 维护员工出勤、休假及薪资记录
  • 协助招聘、面试安排及入职相关行政工作
  • 准备雇佣文件及办理员工入职手续
  • 处理 Work Pass 申请、续签、签发及取消
  • 维护员工档案、合同及 HR 相关记录
  • 协助处理 IR21、IR8A 及其他 MOM / IRAS 相关行政事项
  • 处理员工离职、离职手续及 Exit Clearance
  • 协调最后薪资及离职相关文件
  • 处理公司付款、发票、收据及相关 supporting documents
  • 与外部会计 / 记账人员对接薪资及账务行政事项
  • 主动跟进未完成的 HR 及行政工作

任职要求

最好具备 2–4 年 HR、薪资或行政相关经验

有美容、养生、零售、餐饮或其他服务行业经验者优先

熟悉薪资及佣金 / 奖金计算

有招聘及 Work Pass 相关经验者优先

能够独立工作，并在较少监督下完成任务

做事主动，能够自行跟进并完成事项

细心、有条理，能够同时处理多项工作

能以英文及中文进行日常工作沟通

可立即或短期内到岗者优先

熟悉 Info-Tech HR / Payroll 系统者优先

Excel 操作熟练

工作效率高，能够在快节奏环境中准确完成工作

We are looking for a hands-on and independent HR (Payroll) & Admin Assistant to support payroll, HR operations and daily administration.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, organised and able to work independently with minimal guidance.

Candidates who are immediately available or able to start at short notice are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly payroll, commission, incentives and salary calculations
  • Handle CPF, SDL, FWL, claims and payroll adjustments
  • Maintain attendance, leave and payroll records
  • Support recruitment, interview coordination and hiring
  • Prepare employment documents and manage onboarding
  • Handle Work Pass applications, renewals, issuance and cancellations
  • Maintain employee files, contracts and HR records
  • Support IR21, IR8A and other MOM/IRAS-related administration
  • Handle onboarding resignations, offboarding and exit clearance
  • Coordinate final salary and clearance documentation
  • Handle company payments, invoices, receipts and supporting records
  • Liaise with external accountant/bookkeeper on payroll and accounts matters
  • Follow up independently on outstanding HR and administrative matters

Requirements

  • Preferably 2–4 years of HR, payroll or administrative experience
  • Experience in beauty, wellness, retail, F&B or other service industries preferred
  • Comfortable handling payroll with commission/incentive calculations
  • Experience with recruitment and Work Pass matters is an advantage
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiar with Info-Tech HR / Payroll system
  • Accurate and comfortable handling payroll, commissions and employee records
  • Proactive in following up and closing tasks without repeated reminders
  • Strong attention to detail and comfortable handling multiple priorities
  • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin for daily operational requirements
  • Immediate or short-notice candidates preferred
