As a HR Services Delivery Executive with ManpowerGroup Singapore, you will support our client accounts and the associates we employ and deploy to them.

You’ll sit at the centre of the working relationship between ManpowerGroup, our clients and our associates, making sure the important details are taken care of throughout an associate’s journey, from onboarding and employment administration to ongoing support and eventually offboarding.

This is not a traditional internal HR role. It’s a behind-the-scenes role centred on administration, service, coordination and getting the details right.

It suits someone who enjoys keeping processes moving, responding thoughtfully when people need help and quietly making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What you’ll be doing

Keep the associate journey running smoothly

  • Coordinate onboarding for new associates, including collecting required information, preparing documentation and arranging their first day
  • Manage ongoing employment administration such as leave, benefits and other employment-related matters
  • Coordinate offboarding and ensure the necessary documentation and processes are completed accurately

Be the person people can rely on

  • Serve as a key point of contact for our clients, associates and internal ManpowerGroup stakeholders
  • Respond to enquiries clearly, accurately and with a service mindset
  • Explain relevant ManpowerGroup and client policies in a way that is easy to understand
  • Identify issues that require escalation and make sure they reach the right people
  • Maintain positive and professional working relationships across ManpowerGroup, our clients and associates

Keep the details in order

  • Maintain accurate associate information and documentation
  • Track process changes and keep procedures and documentation updated
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Keep service standards consistent even when there are multiple requests, priorities and deadlines to juggle

Know what matters

  • Develop a practical understanding of employment policies and applicable requirements, including Singapore’s Employment Act
  • Provide appropriate policy guidance to associates, clients and internal stakeholders within the scope of the role

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • Experience in customer service, service delivery, administration or business operations would be useful
  • Strong attention to detail and administrative discipline
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • A service-oriented approach when dealing with different people and situations
  • Good judgement and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Ability to organise and prioritise multiple tasks
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable building professional working relationships while maintaining appropriate confidentiality and boundaries
