· Maintain and regularly update HR policies, employee handbooks, and process documentation.

· Support work permit processes (applications, renewals, cancellations, information and documents) in collaboration with legal/immigration partners.

· Proactively identify legal, compliance, or operational risks and raise them appropriately.

· Escalate complex employee relations or legal cases to senior HR leadership or legal counsel.

Payroll &Benefits Administration

· Support HR audits and client due diligence processes as required.

HR Projects &Process Improvement

· Lead and support HR projects such as employee transitions, organizational changes, and terminations.

· Identify process inefficiencies, recommend solutions, and implement improvements to optimize service delivery and reduce compliance risks.

· Provide coaching and day-to-day HR support to client managers and internal stakeholders.

· Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure aligned HR operations.

· Actively contribute to global and local HR initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Employee Experience& Engagement

· Promote a positive employee experience through effective onboarding, regular check-ins, and offboarding.

· Support employee engagement efforts, including satisfaction surveys and feedback loops.

· Serve as an escalation point for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution, ensuring swift and appropriate action.

Knowledge Management & Best Practices

· Stay informed on employment law updates and HR compliance requirements in supported countries.

· Research and adopt HR best practices to enhance client and worker experiences.

Qualifications

· Requires 5-6 years of proven experience in HR management or HR business partnering, preferably in an international or Employer of Record (EOR) context.

· Strong working knowledge of local and international labor laws, employment practices, and HR compliance.

· Experience with global HRIS platforms and HR tools.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
